    • Position Summary
    • One temporary hourly-intermittent Work Study position in Financial Services.

    • Start Date
    • Position available on or after January 17, 2022 and ending on or before May 31, 2022. Possibility of reappointment based on budget, department needs, and job performance.

    • Job Description/Duties
    • Duties include but are not limited to:
      • Assist in completing general clerical duties.
      • Assist with scanning and filing
      • Assist in maintaining files and filing.
      • Assist in check distribution.
      • Assist in record retention.
      • Assist in data entry.
      • Assist in mail distribution.
      • Assist in running errands to other buildings/departments.
      • Assist in answering email and phones, routing inquires to the appropriate staff.
      • Assist with logistics for various meetings and events.
      • Assist in greeting guests and route to the appropriate department/staff.
      • Assist staff with scheduling appointments and respond to inquiries.

      Other duties as assigned.

    • Qualifications
    • Preferred Qualifications:
      • Demonstrates knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as SharePoint.
      • Demonstrates the ability to utilize office equipment and work independently.
      • Demonstrates the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
      • Demonstrates the ability to be self-motivated, dependable and the ability to follow-through on assignments.
      • Demonstrates responsibility and dependability with strong organizational skills.
      • Demonstrates the ability to work independently with numerous interruptions.
      • Demonstrates the ability to maintain confidentiality.
      • Demonstrates excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
      • Demonstrates excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
      • Demonstrates the ability to work 10-12 hours per week.
      • Demonstrates the ability to follow directions.
      • Demonstrates the ability to work with a diverse population.
      • Demonstrates working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
      • Demonstrates the ability to work remotely from home and have reliable internet.

      Required Qualifications:
      • Incumbent must be available to work on campus.
      • Undergraduate students must be registered/enrolled in a minimum of six (6) Fall/Spring units.
      • Must have received and accepted Financial Aid award for the current semester/year in which you are applying.

    • $15.00 per hour
