    • Position Summary
    • Two temporary hourly-intermittent Federal Work Study positions available in Admissions & Outreach. 


    • Start Date
    • Position available on or after January 2, 2020 and ending on or before May 29, 2020. Possibility of reappointment based on budget, department needs, and job performance.

    • Job Description/Duties
    •  

      Duties include but are not limited to:
      • Assist with general clerical duties supporting the Admissions & Outreach, Warriors on the Way Program.
      • Assist with data entry of prospective student information.
      • Assist with the recruitment and outreach events at Modesto Junior College, Merced College, San Joaquin Delta College and Stanislaus State main and Stockton Campus.
      • Assist with providing accurate information to local community college students during tabling events and in-class presentations.
      • Assist with upgrading WOW social media platforms.

      Other duties as assigned.

    • Qualifications
    •  

      Preferred Qualifications:
      • Demonstrates excellent presentation skills.
      • Demonstrates dependability.
      • It is preferred but not required that the incumbent be a previous transfer student.

      Required Qualifications:
      • The incumbent must possess a valid California Driver's License.
      • Undergraduate students must be registered/enrolled in a minimum of six (6) Fall/Spring units.
      • Must have received and accepted Financial Aid award for the current semester/year in which you are applying. (REMOVE IF NOT WORK STUDY)
  • Salary Range
  • $12.00 per hour.
