Job Summary

  • Budget analysis and projections to assist Department Chair;
  • Review master payroll certification assuring correctness and approve when requested;
  • Track and monitor student payroll;
  • Oversee and reconcile travel and professional development expenses;
  • Provide scheduling, enrollment and curriculum support;
  • Coordinate lecturer and staff hiring and evaluation activities; track faculty assignment, document assigned time, and initiate lecturer contracts.
  • Coordinate production expense disbursements and reimbursements with Spanos Theatre, PAC, CLA Dean’s office

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent. Type 45 wpm. Four years of general office support or technical experience. Training at a vocational school or full-time college education may be substituted for two years of the required experience based on one year of college education for 6 months of experience.

Salary:

Anticipated Hiring Range:  $22.29 - $24.52 per hour

Classification Range: $22.29 - $35.03 per hour
