About University Enterprises Corporation at CSUSB (This is not a state position) University Enterprises Corporation at CSUSB ("UEC") supports the university's educational mission by providing quality services that complement the instructional program. The University depends upon UEC to provide services that cannot be supported with state funds. We’re responsible for business enterprises on campus including, but not limited to, dining, bookstore, convenience store, and vending services. We also serve as the grantee for federal, state, and local funding for research and sponsored projects. |
Position Summary Temporary, Exempt, Full Time, Benefited position through 6/30/2025 (Appointment may be renewed annually based upon availability of funds, availability of work and satisfactory job performance). Salary: $10,000-$11,666.66 per month. Location: Hybrid role. Off campus San Bernardino area worksite and remote as directed. |
Work Schedule Exempt. 40 hours per week. Typically Monday - Thursday 7:00am to 5:30PM, some nights and weekends may be required. |

Minimum Qualifications
|
Preferred Qualifications • Doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Criminal Justice, or a related field.
• Currently licensed or license-eligible by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Experience conducting program evaluations or collaborating on academic research projects.
• Knowledge of trauma recovery frameworks, interpersonal neurobiology, and attachment-based theoretical models.
• Experience working within a university setting, including managing graduatelevel interns.
• Strong background in strategic communication, public relations, and media outreach.
