Under general direction, the Lead HR Representative provides high-level administrative, confidential, and technical support to the Division of Human Resources. The incumbent independently manages multiple priorities and oversees key programs, including Volunteer Services, New Employee Orientation and Onboarding, and Offboarding/Separation, ensuring efficient, compliant, and service-oriented HR operations.
