    • Position Summary
    • One (1) temporary hourly-intermittent Work Study Student position available in Anthropology, Geography and Environmental Resources.


    • Start Date
    • Position available on or after October 3, 2022 and ending on or before May 31, 2023. Possibility of reappointment based on budget, department needs, and job performance.


    • Job Description/Duties
    • Duties include but are not limited to:
      • Greet visitors and answer office phone.
      • File and scan, archive records, photocopy, create and maintain files, and email.
      • Update websites and social media.
      • Provide classroom support, and other related duties.
      • Basic troubleshooting with technology (printers, computers, copy machine, etc.)
      • Maintain office and supplies.
      • Retrieve and sort incoming mail and distribute appropriately/make on-campus deliveries.
      • Other duties as assigned.

    • Preferred Qualifications:
      • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.
      • Ability to utilize office equipment (copy machines, fax, scanner, etc.) and follow verbal instructions.
      • Detail-oriented ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
      • Motivated, dependable, and able to follow through on assignments.
      • Ability to work independently, take leadership, and meet deadlines.
      • Excellent customer service and office etiquette skills.

      Required Qualifications:
      • Undergraduate students must be registered/enrolled in a minimum of six (6) Fall/Spring units.
      • Post-baccalaureate students in a graduate program must be registered in a minimum of four (4) Fall/Spring units.
      • Must have received and accepted Financial Aid award for the current semester/year in which you are applying.

    • $15.00 - $16.00 per hour.
