2025-26 Lecturer Pool Department of Economics in Chico
The Economics Department in the College of Behavioral and Social Sciences is collecting application materials for a pool of lecturers with positions available as determined by need during the 2025-26 academic year. We are primarily looking for instructors to teach Introduction to Economics, Principles of Macroeconomic Analysis, Principles of Microeconomic Analysis, Work, Wealth, and Income Distribution (W), and Medical Economics. Appointments from the lecturer pool are temporary and often made just prior to the start of the academic term.

We are passionate about empowering entrepreneurs to grow their businesses and strengthen their communities. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our resource centers. This role will play a key part in ensuring smooth office management and providing essential support to our program manager and program participants.

Under the general supervision of the Lead Custodial Crew Manager, the Graveyard Shift Custodial Crew Manager oversees custodial teams across campus locations, ensuring daily services are completed and supporting events, emergencies, and after-hours needs. Responsibilities include personnel management, oversight of contracted services, implementing quality assurance, and ensuring efficient, cost-effective service delivery. The manager may also cover other shifts as needed and assume operational leadership in the administrator’s absence.
