The Department of Management at California State University, Northridge (CSUN) is seeking a tenure-track faculty member in Management at the rank of Assistant Professor.  The successful candidate will teach courses on innovation management, technology management, and digital transformation, as well as within their disciplinary area in management and have research interests in the management of innovation in a digital age.  This includes (but is not limited to) such topics as the future of work, innovation processes, technological change, technology strategy and the impact of emerging technologies on organizational work and structures.
