The Associate Dean of the College of Social Sciences and Education (SS&E) provides leadership and support in academic planning, faculty affairs, student success, and resource management. Reporting to the Dean, the Associate Dean works collaboratively with department chairs, faculty, staff, and university leadership to advance the College’s mission and strategic goals. The College is comprised of eleven departments – Advanced Educational Studies, Doctoral Program in Educational Leadership, Human Development and Family Studies, Criminal Justice, Kinesiology, Political Science, Psychology, Ethnic Studies, Social Work, Sociology, and Teacher Education. The incumbent plays a critical role in supporting accreditation and assessment processes, guiding curriculum development, support faculty development, and fostering a diverse and inclusive learning environment. |

| Under the general supervision of the Director of Budgeting, Accounting, and Reporting Services, the Athletics Financial Operations Analyst supports the financial and business operations of CSUB Athletics. This position plays a key role in budget management, financial analysis, account reconciliation, and transaction processing to support informed decision-making and the effective use of resources. The Analyst collaborates with Athletics staff and campus partners to ensure compliance with University, CSU, NCAA, and conference requirements, administers the Athletics ProCard program, and provides financial reporting and operational support. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to contribute to the success of a Division I Athletics program while helping advance strategic and fiscal goals within a dynamic team environment. |
