Senior Outreach Counselor	Pomona
The Senior Outreach Counselor will provide comprehensive outreach services that include the timely and accurate dissemination of information about Cal Poly Pomona, the CPP admissions process, and the California State University to students, parents, campus constituents, and the external community. The Senior Outreach Counselor will serve as the Lead for all department outreach counselors and will assist with the onboarding and training of newly hired outreach counselors, including ongoing training and identifying professional development objectives. The incumbent will be responsible for specific programs, populations, and schools within an assigned region. The Senior Outreach Counselor plays a critical role in representing and marketing the University to prospective students, families, high school and community college personnel, community groups, and the development of external relations with schools and the community.

The Associate Director of Care Services will play an integral role in promoting holistic student wellbeing through intentional integrative partnerships, education, programming, outreach, and case management. The Associate Director will provide leadership, direction, guidance, consultation, and coordination for a team of case managers, health educators and program coordinators. The Associate Director will be responsible for directing and overseeing all education, programming, and outreach efforts from the Care Center and Bronco Wellness.

The College of Ethnic Studies has over 100 faculty members, 30 degree programs and over 6,000 students enrolled each semester. The Associate Dean must be detail-oriented and possess strong interpersonal and relational skills.

Under the general direction of the Associate Dean of Undergraduate Education, the Director of First and Second-Year Advisors is responsible for managing and strategically leading a team of up to 16 academic counselors working in the Undergraduate Advising Center (UAC) at San Francisco State University. The center is a unit within the Division of Undergraduate Education and Academic Planning (DUEAP). DUEAP is comprised of several units that collaborate to serve students and enhance learning. The director works closely with other advising mangers and DUEAP’s leadership to deliver a quality advising experience for SF State students.
