| Under the general direction of the Executive Director of Operations, the Director of
Reentry Operations will oversee the FAITHS Throughcare Program’s reentry and community stakeholder initiatives. This role is responsible for establishing partnerships, policies, and operational plans that align with the program’s mission to reduce recidivism, address intergenerational trauma, and support successful community reintegration for justice-involved individuals and their families.
The Director will coordinate diversionary programming, ongoing psychoeducation,
and case management services, ensuring fidelity to evidence-based practices. Additionally, this position will supervise graduate-level interns, manage program evaluation efforts, and foster collaborations with community and academic
stakeholders to support participant success. |

Grant Administration Specialist (Temporary)

| The Grant Administration Specialist of the K-16 East Bay Collaborative is a temporary administrative position funded by a $4,000,000 grant from January 2024 to June 30, 2026, with no renewal. This state-funded grant is a collaboration between the Dean of the College of Education and Allied Studies (the Co-PI) and the following partners: San Francisco State, San Jose State, UC Berkeley, Chabot-Las Positas Community College District, Chabot College, Las Positas College, Contra Costa Community College District, San Leandro USD, Oakland USD, and several faculty and administrators on the Cal State East Bay campus. This position will report to the Dean of the College of Education and Allied Studies. The two primary duties of this position are to engage in grant administration and business processing of the grant. |

Athletic Academic Coach

| Reporting to the Managing Director of the Student-Athlete Resource Center (SARC), the Athletic Academic
Coach provides academic coaching, advising, analysis, and assessment to student-athletes. The coach also supports students in helping them understand California
State University (CSU) and San José State University (SJSU) requirements relating to their degree requirements and Mountain West Athletic Conference and National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) athletic requirements. The Athletic Academic Coach develops, coordinates, implements, and assesses academic support and other retention services and programs for student-athletes in accordance with University policies, NCAA, and athletic conference rules and regulations. The functions and responsibilities of this position include serving as a liaison to the coaching staff of assigned teams and assisting with the development and monitoring of academic support programs of the Gadway and YUH Academic Centers. |

Technology Integration Coordinator - 0.75 Time Base

| The technology integration coordinator contributes to the college-centered service model of technology integration within the College of Education by supporting the technology staff in addressing the technology needs of the college, which include, but are not limited to using hardware, software and online technology tools, integrating and enhancing technology use for college processes, and participating with CED technology staff in supporting the college’s new custom database and application system. |
