| Under the direction of the AVP for University Project and Process Management, the Project Management Office (PMO) Director will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of all projects across the division of IT & IP. The PMO Director ensures that the projects are aligned with the strategic goals and objectives of the university and the division of IT & IP, and that they are delivered on time, within budget, and with high quality. The director of PMO also leads and mentors a team of project coordinators and fosters a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence. This position will coordinate and collaborate with Division and University Leaders on key projects to develop, implement, improve, and operate university initiatives. |

| This position is the primary point of contact for the Wellness Office, including Health Wellness Promotion & the CARES Office. This position is responsible for leading work direction to all student assistant employees which includes managing work schedules and monitoring daily time and attendance changes which impacts wellness programming. The incumbent will manage and coordinate incoming requests for education, outreach, and workshop programming for the department. The incumbent will contribute to the creation, scheduling, and posting of social media content. Student Health, Counseling & Wellness Services (SHCWS) embraces a holistic and collaborative approach to healthcare by offering urgent care, primary care, preventative services, wellness education, violence support services, and mental health, services to the Sacramento State campus community. SHCWS is committed to providing quality care and service delivery and is accredited through the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC). |
