The Director of Development (Administrator II) is a front-line fundraiser responsible for managing a robust portfolio of major and leadership gift prospects, with an emphasis on gifts exceeding $100,000. The Director is expected to raise at least $1 million annually and works closely with academic and administrative leaders to advance strategic University initiatives. This position is integral to building strong donor relationships, engaging key stakeholders, and supporting the long-term success of the University’s fundraising efforts.
