The Lab Teaching Assistant (TA) provides instructional support to faculty and students in a laboratory setting. The TA is responsible for assisting in the preparation, execution, and evaluation of laboratory sessions for undergraduate courses. Working Conditions: • Requires time in a laboratory setting, handling materials and equipment. • May involve standing for extended periods and occasional lifting of supplies or equipment. Hours: Approximately 10-20 hours per week, depending on the course and departmental needs.

2025-26 Lecturer Pool Department of Anthropology Chico
The Anthropology Department in the College of Behavioral and Social Science is collecting application materials for a pool of lecturers with positions available as determined by need during the 2025-26 academic year. We seek to fill Anthropology courses level 100 through 400 and internships in our four subfields: Archaeology, Biological, Cultural and Museum Studies. Appointments from the lecturer pool are temporary and often made just prior to the start of the academic term.
