The Computer Animation and Game Development Program in the College of Communication and Education is collecting application materials for a pool of lecturers able to teach existing courses in the Program with potential instruction positions available in interactive classroom settings as determined by need during the 2025-26 academic year. As a Professional technology Program with the focus on providing our students with real-world skills and experiences, we are seeking candidates who are competent in their field, collaborative with colleagues and staff, and committed to student success. Successful candidates will be able to teach a range of existing courses in animation, CGI/modeling, game development, and common core areas in the Program. Appointments from the lecturer pool are temporary and often made just prior to the start of the academic term. |

The Health Science & Human Ecology (HSCI) Department at California State University, San Bernardino is seeking part-time lecturer applications from a diverse group of qualified individuals for our San Bernardino Campus (SBC). The department is seeking experienced, well-organized, and student-centered individuals to teach in any of our four programs: Environmental Health Science, Nutritional Science & Dietetics, Health Services Administration and Public Health.
Candidates must have at least a Master’s degree, or specialized certification for activity classes, in a field of Health Science or related discipline. Preference will be given to candidates who have prior teaching experience at the college or university level and who can furnish evidence of strong teaching. Candidates should demonstrate their ability to interact and work effectively with a wide and culturally diverse range of students, including first-generation college students. Preference will be given to those with experience in working with diverse populations and fostering a collaborative, supportive and inclusive environment. Preference will also be given to those with relevant work experience and those who bring professional capabilities.
This is a pool of part-time lecturers for the department to draw on as necessary and all appointments are temporary. Staffing decisions are made on a rolling basis typically beginning a few months prior to the start of an academic term right up to the beginning of the academic term. We recommend submitting your application at least 4 months before the beginning of an academic term to be considered for available positions. |
