The Executive Director of Human Resource reports directly to the Vice President of Human Resources. The position plans, supervises, directs, develops, and coordinates the policies, activities, and staff of the Human Resource (HR) department in the areas of Customer Service, Compensation & Classification, Benefits, Payroll, and Talent Acquisition ensuring legal compliance and implementation of the organizations mission and talent strategy. The Executive Director will provide sound and expert advice to Human Resources Directors and Managers who serve as advisors to Human Resources constituents or a wide variety of Human Resources services and will collaborate with the campus community on University best practices. |
