University, San Bernardino is part of the Orange County / Inland Empire SBDC Network, funded in part by the U.S. Small Business Administration and the California Govenor's Office of Business and Economic Development.
The Case Lead Small Business Consultant serves as the primary strategist and
engagement lead for small business clients. This position combines direct consulting
with structured case leadership and consultant oversight. The Case Lead evaluates
overall business health, defines strategic scopes of work, secures client buy-in, and
coordinates part-time consultants to execute initiatives that produce measurable
economic outcomes. |

Provide mentorship, guidance, and ongoing support to scholarship recipients across multiple scholarship programs. |
