The Director leverages technology, data, staff talent, and relationships with key partners to ensure regulatory compliance; to develop and execute an effective institutional aid strategy; to deliver exceptional customer service for students at all points in the student lifecycle; and to ensure operational effectiveness in communication, file processing, awarding, and disbursement of student aid. The Director is responsible for the design and execution of policies; business process best practices; internal and external reporting; configuration, optimization and testing of systems and technology; compliance on federal, state, accrediting agency, internal and external partnership requirements; annual audits, and staff onboarding and training.
