The Fiscal Operations Specialist reports to the Finance Director. The Specialist supports the day-to-day fiscal and administrative operations of the College of Professional & Global Education (CPaGE) by assisting with purchasing, financial reporting, and reconciliation tasks. This position is responsible for ensuring fiscal transactions are processed accurately, in compliance with university and CSU policies, and within established timelines. The Specialist assists in providing general fiscal support to staff and faculty. The position requires attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external partners. The Specialist will also support ongoing process improvements and special projects to enhance efficiency and fiscal transparency within the unit.

The James Silberrad Brown Center for Artificial Intelligence (JSB AI Center) seeks a full-time Research Fellow to play a central role in advancing its interdisciplinary AI research agenda. This position is designed for a technically strong researcher who can provide leadership and continuity across multi-stage research projects while contributing to the Center’s long-term growth and external funding strategy.
Head Coach (12 Month) Head Men's Baseball Coach (Temporary through August 31, 2027 with the possibility of reappointment) East Bay
Head coaching responsibilities include management of all facets of the men's baseball program to include but not limited to: game and practice coaching, administration, budget management, involvement in community engagement, recruiting, supervision of assistant coaches, recommending a schedule of competitions, coordination of team travel, monitoring of academic progress and counseling of student­ athletes, and compliance with NCAA and conference rules and regulations. It is expected that the program will be conducted with honesty and sportsmanship at all times within the rules and regulations of the CCAA and the NCAA. The position reports directly to the Director of Athletics.
