Director of Financial Aid & Scholarships Channel Islands
The Director of Financial Aid & Scholarships is the chief financial aid administrator. As an integral member of the University's enrollment management leadership team, the Director works very closely with enrollment management leadership to support enrollment, student access, retention, and student success. The Director leverages technology, data, staff talent, and relationships with key partners to ensure regulatory compliance; to develop and execute an effective institutional aid strategy; to deliver exceptional customer service for students at all points in the student lifecycle; and to ensure operational effectiveness in communication, file processing, awarding, and disbursement of student aid. The Director is responsible for the design and execution of policies; business process best practices; internal and external reporting; configuration, optimization and testing of systems and technology; compliance on federal, state, accrediting agency, internal and external partnership requirements; annual audits, and staff onboarding and training.
Assistant Construction Manager Long Beach
Under the minimal or no supervision of the Manager of Construction Services (MCS), or Construction Manager (CM), the Assistant Construction Manager (ACM) works independently or in conjunction with the MCS/CM to simultaneously manage the construction of numerous, public works governed construction projects utilizing outside contractors and our Facilities Management construction staff. These projects include, major capital, minor capital, deferred maintenance, capital renewal, department, and other improvement projects, and will utilize various funding sources including state, enterprise funds, auxiliaries, grants, department funds, and donations.
