| The Financial Aid & Scholarship Office (FASO) is looking for someone who loves working with students, advising, collaborating with campus, state, and federal partners in a fast paced environment.
Scholarship resources open doors to higher education for many families and this position will help FASO deliver millions of dollars to our students annually. The Scholarship Specialist will assist with processing and awarding of all Chico State and external scholarships to help students access higher education.
The work in FASO affects the whole student life cycle, from recruitment and retention to graduation. We set students up for success. The work is student-centered, interesting, challenging, and rewarding. It all happens in a fun, collegial, and collaborative environment.

| The SEO Scholars Training Programs Coordinator supports and coordinates student training grants in the Student Enrichment Opportunities (SEO) office at San Francisco State University. SEO programs' goal is to recruit students from underrepresented groups, including African American, Native American, Hispanic/Latino, and Pacific Islander, first-generation students, those with disabilities, and low-income students, to prepare them for STEM careers by providing a stimulating research environment with academic and financial support.
This is a temporary, grant-funded position which is not eligible to become permanent. |
